Emilio grew up in Puerto Rico but has traveled the world in search of gourmet food, wine and beauty. He graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio and then spent time in such exotic destination as Miami, Key West, Hawaii, New Orleans and now, San Juan. He is the toast of Old San Juan as the President and Maitre D' at the popular Parrot Club and Dragon Fly Restaurants. When Emilio is not greeting diners in person or on the radio he enjoys snorkeling and tennis.
