The purpose of SPEAKOUT is to provide an open forum where provocative,
but intelligent, opinions can be presented by the listeners, the
guests and the hosts on any subject local or international. It
is a venue where many in the business and political communities
listen to gauge the opinions of Puerto Rico's middle and upper
class constituencies.
